Ignite Wellness Clinic

Want to hear a story?

One day, a man woke up and realized he hit a wall that was quite hard to admit.

He lost his drive for the things that he once loved. He noticed his endurance and recovery time at the gym have diminished. His energy declined.

In fact, the only thing that DID increase was his gut. All at the ripe age of 30…

That man was me.

Who am I?

My name is Dr. Chris Khatri, the lead practitioner at Ignite Wellness Clinic, where I help individuals increase energy and lose weight.

What did I do to overcome this problem?

I decided to get blood work done and found out my T levels were off. Way off.

I quickly got on testosterone replacement therapy and within a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference.

I was getting up earlier with a ton of energy every morning. I was gaining muscle and losing fat. I felt focused and determined for the first time in years.

For me, it literally changed my life.

This is why I founded Ignite Wellness Clinic. I want everyone to feel the benefits of testosterone replacement therapy, including YOU.

So if you feel like you’re in a never-ending battle with yourself and nothing seems to be working, then you want to keep reading to learn more about how testosterone replacement therapy can help increase your energy and lose that stubborn fat.

Why You Have Low Testosterone…

Symptoms of low testosterone

Our hormone levels begin to fall around the age of 30 for both men and women putting us into a state of hibernation.

With this “hibernation” come many unwanted symptoms such as weight gain, low libido, low energy, depression, anxiety, decreased cognitive ability and more.

Why does this happen?

This tapering in hormones is actually the result of evolution.

Not so long ago, humans lived much shorter life spans, and in tribal communities.

Hunters and gatherers so to speak.

In our early 20s we are at our peak, and hormones are at their highest providing fertility and vitality. After our peak reproductive years hormones begin to taper down leading to a state of hibernation.

As a result these individuals require less resources and calories, providing more to the younger generation.

Since we no longer live in tribes and are living much longer lives requiring high energy levels well into our 60s, 70s, and beyond, this evolutionary process no longer serves us.

So now that you know that evolution is responsible, what can you do? What is Testosterone Replacement Therapy?

Testosterone replacement therapy is a treatment for those who have low or out-of-balance testosterone. The testosterone used for treatment has the exact chemical and molecular structure as the ones our bodies produce.

If I asked you to tell me what TRT is and you told me the statement above, you’d be right, but can I be honest with you?

I want to share with you what I think testosterone replacement therapy really is…

And to do it, I’m going to circle back to what we talked about in the previous section.

Hormones are responsible for the regulations of most functions in our body.

After 30, hormones like testosterone begin to decline.

When they are out of balance general quality of life will diminish.

Believe me, I know the feeling.

Now add a family, a job, and countless other responsibilities into the mix and the odds of turning your life around are overwhelmingly stacked against you.

Do you see where I’m going with this?

Testosterone replacement therapy allows us to take matters into our own hands.

It’s a gateway to a more healthy lifestyle.

Imagine where you want your life to be a year from now…

Stop and think about that for a moment before heading to the next section. Why is it Good for You?

Let’s dig a little deeper and talk about the benefits testosterone replacement therapy can bring you. Prevents Sexual Dysfunction

One of the most common symptoms of low testosterone is sexual dysfunction. Men may encounter problems related to sexual dysfunction such as lack of interest in sex, erectile dysfunction, absent ejaculation, and premature ejaculation. Prevents Fatigue

Despite 8-hours of sleep every day, you might still feel tired and worn out if your testosterone levels are extremely low.

Because of this, you might have difficulty concentrating and accomplishing even the most basic tasks. Prevents Anemia

A study found that men (and women) with low testosterone have a higher risk of anemia.

Anemia is a blood disorder in which your body does not make enough red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout your body. Prevents Osteoporosis

Testosterone deficiency or hypogonadism is a treatable cause of osteoporosis.

With the help of testosterone replacement therapy, you can improve the symptoms of hypogonadism and even increase your bone mineral density, which would then help prevent osteoporosis in the future. Helps You Stay Fit

A number of patients that undergo testosterone therapy have illustrated a decrease in body fat and an increase in lean muscle mass. These changes were maintained and observed all throughout the treatment.

As we all know, low testosterone can increase body fat and decrease your motivation to accomplish even the most basic task. These symptoms can add up to having low energy and feeling tired all the time.

But with the help of this treatment, patients were able to get back on their feet again. Bringing balance to their hormone levels helps to improve and switch to a better and healthier lifestyle. How Long Does It Take To Work?

It takes a few weeks before a patient starts to feel any difference in their body. Since every patient is unique, some only need three weeks for them to feel any difference while others need more than that.

Usually, the full effects of the treatment are noticeable after two to three months. By that time, our medical staff would be able to tell whether the treatment is working for you or not. Do you need it?

An evidence-based study recommends the use of FDA-approved products for the treatment of hypogonadism or testosterone deficiency.

In the United States alone, 4 to 5 million men are affected by hypogonadism.

On top of that, studies suggest that hypogonadism in adult men is often underdiagnosed because symptoms are easily attributed to aging.

That being said, only a few number of men receive the treatment that they need.

Given that hypogonadism can have a lot of negative symptoms and effects on your body, it is best to get the proper and most effective treatment as soon as possible.

At Ignite Wellness Clinic we specialize in balancing testosterone levels by using a data-driven approach.

I hope my story inspired you to take action. Now make it happen!
